1. Data fiduciary

Naidu Swim & Fitness, Plot No. 55, Second Floor, Opp. Dwarakamai Apartment, Pragathi Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500045, decides how the personal data described here is used. We act as a data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

2. What we collect

The trial visit form collects your name, mobile number, the plan you are interested in, your preferred day and time of day, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and, if you choose, an email address and a note. Our server also records a hashed form of your IP address in a daily count used to stop automated spam, and sets a session cookie that holds a one-time security token for the form. At the desk we keep the name, phone number and plan of each member.

3. Why we use it

Only to call or message you about the trial and, if you join, to run your membership: your plan, start date and class group. We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not sell your data, share it with other businesses or use it for advertising. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages. If you do not join after the trial, we do not contact you again.

4. Adults only

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over, and the form asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone younger. If we learn that a request came from someone under 18, we delete it and do not call back.

5. Where it goes

Form messages are sent by email to contacts@pemiluh.icu through our hosting provider. Only the desk team reads them. We keep trial requests for up to 6 months, so we can see if the same person asks twice, and member records for the length of the membership plus 1 year, then delete them. The daily spam count is deleted after 3 days.

6. Security

We follow reasonable security practices in line with section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its 2011 rules: limited access, password protected accounts and no paper copies left at the desk.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see a summary of your data, correct or complete it, have it erased, or withdraw your consent at any time, by the same email or phone number below. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before, but we will then stop contacting you. You may also nominate a person to act for you in case of death or incapacity. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

8. Grievances
