1. About this notice

This notice explains what the Naidu Swim & Fitness website stores on your device and which outside services it contacts. It should be read together with our data privacy notice. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind.

2. What we store

The site sets no advertising, analytics or social media cookies, and it has no tracking pixels. It keeps one entry in your browser's local storage, named "consent". It holds your choice, yes or no, and the day you made it. This entry never leaves your device and is needed so the cookie banner does not appear on every page. It stays until you clear your browser data or change your choice.

When the home page with the trial form opens, our server also sets one session cookie. It holds a random one-time token that proves the form was sent from this site. It is strictly necessary, carries no personal details and is deleted when you close the browser.

3. Google Fonts

Our headings and text use fonts served by Google Fonts. If you accept, your browser downloads these fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google then receives your IP address and basic browser details, as it does for any file request. Google's own privacy policy applies to that data. If you reject, the site uses the fonts already on your device and makes no request to Google.

4. Photos, video and scripts

Some photos and the video at the top of the home page load from Pexels servers (images.pexels.com and videos.pexels.com). Like any web server, Pexels sees your IP address when your browser asks for a file. These requests set no cookies on our behalf. The small script that fades blocks in as you scroll loads from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, which also sees your IP address but sets no cookies.

5. Your choice

On your first visit a banner offers three buttons: Accept, Reject and Settings. Settings lets you switch the fonts on or off. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Rejecting does not stop you using the site or sending the trial form. Clearing your browser data also resets the choice, and the banner appears again on your next visit.

6. Adults only

The site and the club are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not use any tracking, profiling or targeted advertising on this site, for anyone. If you share a device, each person can make their own choice in a separate browser profile.
